

The username will begin with ppshosted\5*****.user* but do not enter the password here as it cannot be saved to the connection. In the Add User Account screen enter the username that was sent to you in your Hosted credentials email. Under user name select to Add User Account. You server address will be included in your Hosted credentials email and will be in the format of Ĭ.

In the Add Desktop screen enter your server address under the PC name field. Select to add a new Desktop and select to Add Manually.ī.
